Why did you specifically choose Christina Nicholas as your videographer?

We discovered you through Instagram and immediately had a good feeling. Our first conversation with Carlos was incredibly kind and relaxed, exactly the type of personality we felt comfortable with. What was also decisive for us is that you focus entirely on wedding films. The fact that you are fully specialized in filming weddings gave us the confidence that our day would be captured in the best possible way.

Why did you choose to have a wedding film and have your day filmed?

For us, it was important that our day would be preserved not only in images, but also in feeling. A videographer can capture moments that a photo can never fully convey: the tone of a speech, the subtle looks between each other, the energy on the dance floor. With a wedding film, you truly relive the entire day, and that creates memories we can cherish forever and share with our family and friends.

Why did you choose Villa Aura del Lago as your wedding venue?

My love for Italy has existed for many years, and Ruben shares that same passion. The country has everything we love: breathtaking nature, charming cities, a beautiful language and of course incredible food. It quickly became clear that we wanted to celebrate our wedding in Italy. Lake Como felt like the perfect place for a romantic wedding day. Because we both love water so much, we immediately found the ideal villa where we could celebrate our marriage in style, surrounded by stunning views.

How did you experience Christa and Carlos during your day?

Having you as our videographers was an incredibly pleasant experience. We never felt the need to act differently or pose; everything felt natural and relaxed. You were present when needed, but never in the way. It was also lovely to see that you were visibly enjoying the day yourselves and stayed fully engaged until the very last moment. Many of our guests told us how much they appreciated that, and for us it made the experience even more special.

Do you have any advice you would like to share with other couples?

Be together, it is your day. Choose moments to truly be alone together, just the two of you, without having to do anything at all.
